URI STARR
Uri Starr joined LOCATION Commercial Real Estate in May 2025, where he focuses on business development, tenant and landlord representation, and identifying new growth opportunities. Uri brings a strong background in national site selection and real estate strategy, most recently serving on the restaurant development team at McDonald’s.
During his three and a half years at McDonald’s, Uri was responsible for real estate expansion across 10 states, including the Northeast and Midwest regions. His achievements include securing the first net-new McDonald’s lease in New York City in over 15 years. Uri was named “Rookie of the Year” within the national development team and successfully completed over 25 deals across the Midwest in just two years.
Prior to McDonald’s, Uri managed new store expansion across western Florida for RaceTrac, supporting the rollout of the brand’s high-speed diesel prototype during a period of aggressive growth.
Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with his fiancée, Molly.
