Kayla Rose joined the administrative staff in July 2023. With a background in luxury hospitality, Kayla transitioned her expertise into an administrative role when she joined a local St. Louis payroll company in 2021. In addition to traditional administrative duties, Kayla made a significant impact in her new company in both the Operations and Marketing Departments by ensuring that clients remained in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations, billing support for the accounting team, as well as content design and social media marketing.
At LOCATION., Kayla supports the brokerage team in drafting and revising letters of intent, creating aerials and site maps, as well as assisting with their 360 virtual tours, and preparing site tour materials. Her administrative role at LCRE also includes organizing and maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, as well as answering and routing phone calls.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kayla nurtures her love for cooking, strength training, and hiking.
