Jake Ingmire joined the LOCATION Commercial Real Estate in February 2025.
Before starting at LOCATION, he worked as an account administrator for one of the top 10 insurance brokerage companies in the world. While working at Lockton’s headquarters in Kansas City, MO, he handled the administrative duties for over 40 middle-market businesses in the U.S. and Canada. With emphasis on property & casualty insurance, Jake performed the deliveries of renewal policies, invoice installments, endorsement, and many other critical documents to provide adequate coverage for each of his clients.
Graduating from Missouri State University, Jake received his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism in 2023. He continually works at presenting information with clarity and accuracy at the forefront, all while utilizing effective strategies for research and investigation when it is necessary.
In his free time, Jake enjoys exercising, spending time outdoors, reading, and writing. He also recently completed the manuscript for his debut fictional novel, which he hopes to have published in the future.
