You can feel the enthusiasm St. Louis has for Balkan Treat Box before you even get there. Local chef icon Gerard Craft raved about the food to Food & WineFeast, The New York Times, and The Washington Post have lauded Loryn and Edo Nalic’s work since they launched their Bosnian street food truck in 2016. When they opened their counter-service restaurant earlier this year, the city cheered, and promptly formed a line that hasn’t abated since.
