Adam Present joined LOCATION Commercial Real Estate in August 2025 after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri–Columbia, with a Minor in History and a Certificate in Multicultural Studies. As a St. Louis native, Adam continues to call the city home; valuing the sense of community it brings.
Known for his natural curiosity, approachable demeanor, and proactive mindset, Adam thrives on building genuine relationships and tackling challenges head-on. He brings a strong combination of passion, work ethic, and interpersonal skills to contribute meaningfully to the team.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys watching sports, socializing with friends, golfing anywhere possible, and playing strategic games to stay sharp and competitive.
