Mike pettit
Mike Pettit, Executive Vice President, joined LOCATION. Commercial Real Estate in 2014 after serving as Executive Director of Retail Services for eight (8) years at one of St. Louis’ oldest retail development firms. At Location, Mike brings his extensive experience in both Tenant and Landlord representation – from relocation, leasing and purchasing options to new site selection, and ground-up retail development. Mike has Successfully completed transactions in Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Indiana, and Arkansas.
Mike’s extensive knowledge in all areas of commercial real estate attests to some of the highlights of his career accomplishments to date, including:
- Acted as the Lead Broker of the 130,000 square foot development of Kirksville Commons in Kirksville, MO and the 130,000 sf Southern Hills Shopping Center in West Plains, MO.
- Procured several high profile off market locations on behalf of some of the Nation’s largest retailers.
- Leads the Missouri market entry for Aspen Dental, Salad and Go, and Bojangles.
- Actively represents Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, and Family Dollar Tree across several states.
- Continuously working to expand the distribution network of Community Wholesale Tire dba “ITD Roll.”
Mike is a nine time recipient of the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award. Mike is a graduate of the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH where he earned his B.S.BA with a major in Finance. He supports the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation in memory of his father and was named “Man of the Year” in 2009 for his fundraising efforts. Mike is also a volunteer basketball coach at Holy Infant Parish. Mike and his wife Haydee reside in West St. Louis County with their three sons, Brayden, Grayson, Camdyn, and their French Bulldog, Blu.
