Sarah Christel serves as the Director of Marketing + Design for LOCATION. Commercial Real Estate, overseeing all marketing projects with her team in order to exceed our client’s expectations. Using her life-long passion for art and design, she concentrates heavily on brand development and strategic initiatives to take LOCATION. to the next level.

Sarah is constantly strategizing and researching innovative ways to help grow brand awareness in the commercial real estate realm and beyond. Always studying the ever-evolving world of digital media, she keeps LOCATION. relevant and fresh through its growth. She combines her knowledge of marketing, as well as thoughtfulness and creativity when developing targeted marketing campaigns.

Additionally, Sarah works directly with our brokerage team on their GIS mapping and aerial needs, major marketing materials, and conducting various research and design projects.

Sarah’s versatile perspective is fundamental to the visual storytelling seen in our client and corporate marketing materials.

Sarah is versed in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Earth Pro, SitesUSA REgis Pro, REgis Online, as well as several other programs used within the firm.

Even outside of LOCATION, Sarah is a visual artist specializing in portraiture and abstract painting. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Myles, and stepson, Sawyer.


