Brian deutsch
Brian Deutsch is a real estate broker providing expertise and customer service to LOCATION. Commercial real estate’s occupier and owner clients. During Brian’s 25 year career in corporate real estate, he has led multiple expansion efforts for some of the nation’s largest retail companies as well as managed a national real estate portfolio of over 20 million square feet of retail real estate for a large, privately held developer. Through these positions, Brian has developed skills related to strategic market planning, site selection, financial analysis and most importantly, customer service.
Prior to joining LOCATION. Commercial Real Estate, Brian held the position of senior managing director at Cushman & Wakefield’s portfolio services center.
In that role, Brian was responsible for a number of the company’s largest client accounts as the outsourced real estate lead. Daily responsibilities included coordination with client’s real estate and executive leadership to innovate real estate programs while maximizing speed to market, decreasing costs and increasing efficiency.

Managing the outsourced and centralized program, Brian was able to plan for, staff and manage a program/budget within the transaction management, project management, lease administration and facilities service lines. With Brian’s oversight, individual account teams opened between 20 to as many as 1,200 locations annually on behalf of clients.
Brian spent four years at THF Realty and was the company’s first vice president of leasing. During that time, responsibilities included day to day management of the leasing team, strategic planning, budgeting as well as reporting status/results to property owners. In addition to managing the leasing team, Brian negotiated leases with major tenants in THF’s portfolio using his experience gained from being an in-house real estate manager on the tenant side in prior years. Prior to joining THF Realty, Brian was a senior real estate director at Office Depot with responsibilities including personnel management and planning/executing a real estate development program that helped the company grow by as many as 100 stores per year.
During the first 10 years of Brian’s real estate career, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield as an assistant vice president and served as the account manager for one of the company’s largest clients, a Fortune 500 company with more than 10,000 locations throughout the us.
